My food arrived inside the courier boxes partially defrosted - can I still put them in the freezer?
Sometimes the top layers defrost slightly. As long as the contents does not go over 4 degrees C it's fine
Our courier boxes have been specially designed for 48 hour transport time, and each pack keeps the other pack cold – a bit like when we huddle together to keep warm! In very hot weather the layers of food can start to defrost.
As long as your packs arrive cold they are perfectly safe (if it's cold in there, the contents has not gone above 4 degrees C). Just put them in the freezer and use them as normal.
